History:

H.P. Entreprenørmaskiner A/S was originally formed in 1976
as a limited company with the name Brøyt Danmark A/S,
this being a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company
Brøyt A/S, Bryne, Norway.

 

Hans Peter Pedersen, purchased the complete share capital in

1981 and at the same time changed the name of the company

to H.P. Entreprenørmaskiner A/S.

 

He is today the majority shareholder, the remainder being

owned by his two sons, both working in the company.
